Triline · Product identity

Caller. Operator. AI. One live conversation.

Triline brings a caller, an operator, and an AI collaborator into the same conversation across phone calls, browser demos, and shared rooms. The AI can lead, listen, coach privately, search when asked, or hand the conversation back when human judgment matters.

Current initiative · Memory Receipts · Queued

After a finalized phone or demo call, Triline can propose one caller-scoped fact. An authenticated operator decides whether that fact may carry forward. The initiative stays queued until its private control plane, atomic approval, deletion contract, and realtime gateway are all proven.

Core bet

AI is more useful when it is part of the live conversation, not a separate chatbot on the side. Carrying context forward is useful only when a person can see and govern what the system retained.

Queued memory boundary

The proposed receipt boundary covers caller recall from finalized phone and demo calls. Call records, retrieval storage, and Rooms remain separate retention and authorization concerns.

Operator view

The queued flow is intended to support review, correction, expiry, approval, and removal from future recall. It is not released until private authorization and provider-side deletion are proven.

Proposed initiative loop

ProposeA finalized call would create a pending, source-linked fact—not approved memory.

ReviewAn authenticated operator would edit, scope, expire, approve, or remove it.

RecallOnly a proven approved, unexpired exact-scope receipt should influence a later call, with its identifiers recorded.
